5th grade shirts on sale now through March 31st!!!!
The GES PTA 5th Grade Committee plans to gift each 5th grader a middle school spirit shirt, but we are also offering the opportunity to show your school spirit and match your star with your own school shirt!
You are only purchasing a shirt for yourself with this form. Your student will fill out a separate form for their size. Please do not tell your student about this, as it will be a surprise gift from the 5th grade committee!
Your shirts will be delivered to your child's classroom, but if you'd like to make other pickup arrangements please contact us at fifthgrade@gespta.org.
