Dear Valued Partner,

 

Thank you for your interest in joining Grapevine Elementary School PTA as we support our students for the 2025-2026 school year! We are grateful to be a part of such a vibrant community and your partnership enables us to serve our student body of over 545 students and families, as well as the local Grapevine Community through our education, advocacy, and engagement efforts. As part of these efforts, our PTA is able to generously provide free programming to our students and families, free community events throughout the school year, much needed supplies and teacher appreciation events for our staff, and donations that provide both scholarships and financial support for our GES students.

 

As a valued member of our community, we want to invite you to continue your partnership with us by providing your financial support to Grapevine Elementary School PTA for our 2025-2026 Annual Sponsorship Campaign. By providing a

one time donation, you are entitled to the associated benefits assigned to your chosen sponsorship level. In addition to said benefits, you will receive acknowledgement amongst our school community throughout the school year and various opportunities to engage with our students and families.

 

This year’s primary sponsorship events include:

 

  • Back to School Bash- September 5, 2025
  • Carnival of the Stars- October 19, 2025
  • Family Movie Night- November 14, 2025
  • Talent Show- February 28, 2026
  • Fun Run- March 12, 2026
  • Field Day- May 15, 2026
 

These events are enjoyed by close to 400-600 people each year and countless others online through our campus newsletter, social media platforms which boast over 700 unique followers, and nearby neighbors.
