What are Greenbacks, You ask?
In years past we raised funds for PTA from product sales. Two years ago, we decided to try something new. Instead of asking each student to sell something, we asked for a donation from each of our GES families. The thought process being that PTA would be able to keep 100% of the funds raised instead of 50% going to a catalog product company. Knowing that time is money and no one has time to go door to door, this is how Greenback began.
Our goal this year is for each of our 473 students to be represented by a $30 donation. That will generate over $14,000 for the PTA budget.
