The GES Carnival of the Stars is GES’s largest event and directly benefits our school with the money raised! GES parents make this program successful with their generous donations of volunteer time, auction items, food and prizes. We need your help to make the carnival a success!
Auction and Donated Items:
We are asking for donations for our live and silent auctions, food, drinks or prizes. We would like all donations by November 1st. Please email Stephanie Wilken (shwilken@yahoo.com).
Homeroom Contribution:
Your HR Parents will start to reach out to you for help with Carnival. They need the following help from you:
· Make the class poster/sign for the booth (Due Friday, October 29th)
· Donation of an item for the class basket (Due Monday, November 1st)
· Volunteer an hour to run the class booth (Due Monday, November 1st)
· Donation of one cake or one 2-ltr bottle of soda (Due Friday, November 5th)

Teen Volunteers:
If you have an older child that needs volunteer hours for middle/high school extracurricular activities, we need him/her for the carnival! It’s a great way to get hours while your family is at the carnival! Email kbdavis@mac.com to sign up by November 1st!
